AMD graphic? It is in my case. But in my case (I'm guessing) it is related to something in Windows that is broken, because crashes happens with old and new driver, but not with MS basic video driver.

What video card (or chipset) are you using? AMD, Nvidia or just Intel?
I have an NVIDIA GeForce 260 GTX with the newest drivers...already tried DDU and reinstalling the drivers, and I still get crazy crashes on my primary monitor if I try playing video in my secondary monitor

Something in that department is seriously broken. Lets hope that MS will fix it till next build. They have all the data they need - my system reported at least 50 times.

The only problem I have had but to be expected was simply the need to reinstall the software for the sound card an older PCIe type Creative X-FI XtremeAudio model to get the entertainment console with mixer, speaker settings, EAX effects, etc. going again as well as seeing the 8Pack Gadgets working! On the news thread for this one I posted a few screens of the before and after look with the snipping tool of course without any problems found so far.

The other news for this build is a quote from a blog only confirming what I found initially being the Edge extensions being brought in. I almost skipped past this for not bringing in any new fixes or other items. But I went ahead and updated the main build as well as the second and VMs VMs on the main that is not on the second pc so far.

Okay I just noticed something. This crazy video stuff doesn't affect Edge.... Edge can play fullscreen videos in the secondary monitor without making the primary monitor impossible to use. I'd rather use Chrome, but this will do for now I guess

I now have three VMs(two Pro one Home) on the main as well as the second and main build updated to the latest and am now updating the 10 Home VM on the second desktop's 7 Pro side and will watch to see if that runs into anything. So far NADA! while others are seeing snipping tool and a few other bugs coming up on them.

As for any driver issues just like with each newer build requiring not the sound drivers but sound card's software to be reinstalled the old tv tuner/capture card hasn't run into that at all by having used another PCIe not PCI 8.1 64bit driver/app update to get the card working like new on 10! For the video card problems going directly to the manufacturer's or NVidia support site to look up 8.1 updates would likely see the same results. Even on 10 you can't always count on the WU to get them correct!
