Activation of Insider Build on New Device

Recently changed computers and am attempting to get my Insider preview up and running but cannot seem to activate it. A couple of call to MS haven't produced anything but frustration. Attempted activation shows no valid digital entitlement. Does anyone know how to activate on a new device?

I didn't activate it but validated it by using MS account, when I enter the code sent by MS it got activated.

I've got the activation figured out but now I've got the dreaded "your security settings need attention to receive Preview builds" message. Had that one before so I'm sure I'll figure it out again.

............... "your security settings need attention to receive Preview builds".......................

I had that message in 2 different times.

First time it was easy. I went to Settings > Accounts > left side, Your email and account > right side, there was a Verify in blue link, click it and that fixed it.

2nd time, there was no Verify link to click at, and I ended up reinstalling Win 10.

Made a couple of changes in the registry that appear to have resolved it, but won't know for sure until new builds begin showing up in WU.

Took about 48 hours but 11102 just showed up in WU. Downloading now.
