hey insiders this post is for people who use bluestacks on their win10

hey everyone i ran into an issue using bluestacks on my windows 10 pc with 2 user accounts on it mine and my wife. we both use bluestacks but for some reason i loged in to my google account. When she went to go log in to hers on her username and my account came up it wont allow her to sign into her's. i found that its not multiuser friendly and im wondering if anyone else has the same issues when using bluestacks. thank you

I don't know the answer to your problem, but I just want to say you should use Genymotion, it's much more user friendly, super fast, properly emulated of any android version, including 5.1.1, so user accounts would work at it should, also it has no ads or doesn't force you to install apps you don't want just because it's free like Bluestacks when I last used it.

I cannot get started with BlueStacks ---- it simply will not launch. It did, briefly, but then stopped and despite downloading / reinstalling it will not launch now. When I click the icon(s) nothing happens. As I cannot get into the app at all the procedures and logs required for BlueStacks support are not available.
