Every time I click on the link that is labeled 'download the latest Insider Build' it takes me to the normal build download page.
Could someone maybe give the file to me or upload it to a Dropbox or Google Drive...

It's the same build as Insiders right now until Redstone builds are released to Insiders.
You can download the latest official Windows 10 TH2 version 1511 build 10586 ISO from either option in the tutorial below.

Afterwards, just turn on to get Insider builds.

On the post about activating Insider, it mentioned that I needed to have a genuine Windows key.
I wanted the Insider builds so that I could have a free version of Windows to Boot Camp onto my Mac Mini.
Could I please have a previous build from before the public build was released? Or, is there anyway to get free Insider Windows 10?

I'm afraid there won't be another Insider build ISO until rs1 (Redstone) is released to the slow ring whenever that may be.
Otherwise, you'll need to enter a valid retail key.
