Absolutely horrible. Don't see how they could release this.
There's a lot more stuff screwed up in this build than in 9860!
I think the MS boys are gonna be workin right through the holidays to get this sh--, stuff right!
(I still like it though!)
What? Who? Why?
Since you posted this you obviously wanted to make a point. ok...???
I mean I'm not trying to start an argument but you gotta give us something better than that one liner.
And assuming you're talking about this release, did you guys miss the part where it said pre-release... as in still beta? And if its so bad, are you guys submitting bug reports, or even posting here... https://www.tenforums.com/general-dis...s-10-bugs.html?
Back around 2010/2011 I had glaucoma and cataracts and even had to use the High Contrast option in order to see the screen. I actually find Win10 to be easy on my eyes - but will admit that what remains of my vision is the best that it's been in years.
Hi Usasma.
I have no idea how things work, in yr part of the world. But, it is interesting reading.
About 15 years ago I was diagnosed with the same thing. I was recommended to a specialist, who analysed more than 60% cataract. This qualified, in this country, for free surgery. I had my lenses removed and replaced with artificial ones. It was a painless and casual in/out operation. WHAT a sensation. I was, since then, able to see things and, particularly, colours, which I had not known existed before. Never looked back (no humour intended there!)
I didn't have glaucoma, but did have the cataracts. The weird part was when the cataracts were starting and for about 3 year, my vision improved to the point I didn't need glasses. Of course as they grew they finally got big enough that I needed the surgery. I was very apprehensive after watching a video of how they do it, but it was one of the simplest surgeries I've had.
Surgery on Wednesday and golf course on Friday! :)
Now I just need reading glasses for the newspaper and real books, but most of the time I don't need any at all!

Our U.S. health care system gone wacko and so has our government. All medical cost, cost to much in the Untied States. They are trying to cut Medicare here even with most pay a monthly premium for that service. Medicare only covers 80& of most producers but they do not cover dental or do not cover most vision problems. Usama could actually qualify for Medicare coverage for glaucoma and cataracts and even get a one time pair of glasses. This is of course after the yearly deductible and the 20% co-pay.
Hey, thanks for playing....
Ok, where to start.
5 bsods yesterday since I installed it at noon.
Numerous freezes that render the computer usless.
Graphics that seem to go haywire.
Oh, and the rather pathetic fact that they have managed to make the vital addons like classic shell incompatable with the new version. Worked like a charm, in the fabulously stable 9841, but somehow is no longer compatible...??? Puh-lease...
Has to be one of the most cynical moves I've ever seen.
Oh, and please don't try to feed me the crap that it was not done on purpose, I'm just not that gullible.
How they could screw things up so badly between the stable '41 and this turkey simply boggles the mind.
Also, I've been sick as a dog for the past couple weeks, so my normally sunny disposition and abundant patience is not up to its usual levels...![]()
Backed up my update build 9879 to try a clean install of the ISO. Installed fine, checked for updates and it blue screened. After the reboot, checked for updates, finished and I get a popup that some unknown publisher wants install "0A002FG.EXE on my HD. I checked "no", tested out wanted on a clean install and restored my backup. Couldn't find anything on the file it wanted to install. Not Ready for Prime Time!
