I've never used the snapping feature, so I never saw that issue. What else is wrong with the build 9860?

Snapping is different than cascading. WinKey/Arrow keys or grab the top of the window to snap right or left. Snap up to make full screen. I'm sure if you experiment that you'll get the hang of it.

I just installed B9860 and my WinKey/Arrow keys don't work to snap at all. I'll give it some time.

My install will do it, but only for the first few minutes after boot up.

I don't know whether it is a time issue or a number of open windows issue.

The W7-style drag to the side(s) of the screen seems to work correctly (that only allows side-by-side snapping though).

I don't know if you can perform the new options with the mouse (full width, half height; quadrant).
If it's possible, I haven't figured out how to do it.

I haven't quite pin pointed it yet but I can't seem to snap quadrants unless I restart Explorer. Shake to minimize all works here too.
