    Why this button is greyed out?

    Welcome to Windows Ten Forums, gorets.

    I know this is a delayed answer, for I just saw this.

    You must uncheck the box "Defer upgrades" and the "Get started" button will light up.

    Settings ...Accounts.... right side, if you see a blue color Verify link, click it.
