I'm not applying it from an ISO, I'm applying it from Windows Update. th2_release is like a service pack, and service packs have their own installation screen after a restart, much like an upgrade disk, regardless of downloading it from windows update or via an ISO, these "Upgrade Screens" don't have an Internet Connection. They haven't since Windows 95/98.

Ok, I understand that part....so when the Public version IS released for TH2 maybe it will install better for you. Which just might be today.....no ones really knows on the exact date. :)
