What is the Chance of a New Build Today?

Who knows? Builds seem to come with no rhyme or reason. Does anyone know if there is a firm date yet for the late-Oct/early-Nov update?

That is what I am really wanting but in the meantime a new build would be nice. MS gladly gives them out to partners but us Testers...??
