Windows 10 presents blank screen and no log in box

Not sure if this will do it or not, but please try this:

1. Boot into Safe Mode,
2. Turn off Fast Startup
3. Open an Administrative Command Prompt and run the system file checker.
4. Try to reboot normally and see if you can get a login screen (use "SHUTDOWN" and *not* restart).

If not, go back into safe mode and remove the password from your user account (if it's a local account). If it's not a local account, please add a local account, then copy all your files and back them up.
