Right Click Missing in 10547

    and it gets funnier ,I had system restore turned off ,, getting use to no icons already , NOT!

    Well, first there are ways to remove the icons from the desktop.. properties/settings.. themes you can remove them. Removing them another way I see is a bit.. well problematic.

    If I can get a better description on how they were... hidden that might help out.

    all I did was right click on the desktop and click to not show desktop icons ,now nothing happens when I right click on the desktop, no dialog box pops up , I just updated last night so I guess I can just go back and then update again , google finds no answers /nor does a search on this site

    Wow.. the reason I asked for a clarification is I don't have the "do not show desktop ICONS" when I right click on my desktop.. so I have no idea how to even recreate the error.. I hate to say this but you may have to undo the latest build and reinstall it. Start over??

    I have desktop link on my taskbar so I can access the desktop icon if need be ,,

    me to I would sooner fix it than go back to previous build I will fool around a bit first ,,and I turned system restore back on ,I did not realize it was turned off!

    Thanks ,that worked ,,its funny how all the Bing searches assume that the right click worked ,and simply showed/told how to turn it back on by right clicking

Hi, I've upgraded from Windows 8.1 (x64) and I wanted to change my start menu tiles since I had a start menu as opposed to the start screen. Naturally, I tried right-clicking the tiles that were present and unpinning them from the start menu, but...
I think this is related to tiles disappearing on the start menu. It feels like a graphic bug. But I'm not sure. 41484
