Windows Feedback just seems to be for feedback. I don't see Insider Hub listed.
I have just installed the insider hub on my RTM Windows 10. Here is how. Go to Settings/ System/ Apps & features. Click on Manage optional features. Then click on Add a Feature. Then select Insider Hub and install.
You will need to be running on a MS account.

I would install a Windows 7/8/8.1 on the virtual machine if you have a product key. Upgrade that to Windows 10 build 10240, the under advanced properties of Windows Update enter the insider program fast ring. You should get an update to build 10532.
Careful doing that. I had some issue with windows 7 not being able to activate on a virtual machine after it was upgrade to windows 10. I even removed windows 10 & the windows 7 retail vm still wouldn't activate on new vm install.
