Sounds like an April Fools prank to me

Windows 12 Release Date 2023, Beta Version, Features and Requirements.

Or clickbait to earn revenue from its adverts. There were plenty of those in the run-up to Windows 10 as well.

There has been nothing mentioned at the Windows Insider Program website about Windows 12.
If/when there is a beta for Windows 12 I would expect to at least see some mention of it there.
