    Build 10532: Start Menu, Edge, Store, and Action Center do not work

    After WU installed Build 10532, these four functions do not launch. However, a right click on start menu does launch the context menu.

    Clean install of esd to iso fixed this issue, but I have no idea how it happened in the first place.
