If I follow that link you posted to option 3, and click either of the download buttons I get, "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

Try clicking on the button in the Note. I have just been there and everything is like on that picture. Clicking on first button gives me just 2 choices.

Clicking that button (either button) takes me here, Access Denied

Why does every link I post end up as Access Denied? It wasn't always like that?

Oops, sorry, lol. What I meant was the link you posted worked for me, and I'm confused as to why it works but the other one doesn't. I didn't word it very well.

No idea either, I just tried both of them.

I bookmarked that page for latter use so I'm good to go now.
