Same here I speculate it is all related to what Edwin posted in the Kb3035129 thread that added the awesome branch to the preview builds section and we were just seeing the latest build of the awesome branch but which may not be a public release build. The Build Feed page could also be a good indicator of possible Build releases.

This build in WU isn't intended for outside users. Was a goof by MS. Only for MS employees. That's why you can't download it.

Only thing I found at Builds Feed page was 9931
I'm thinking this was a quick test phase in preparation for a new build, (hopefully shortly)

Just updated my gaming rig lol. I don't use it because it was built for my son who no longer rsesides here. It's a AMD 6 Core. With a CROSSHAIR IV. So it's quite dated. But i'm going all mobile soon.
But I will try the Windows 10 Preview on it.
