All done.,. Took about 40 minutes for download and install. Performed a disk clean up and that went just great. So far I love it. The updated start menu is just fantastic!!
Mines downloading now, hope it finishes before I have to close down for the night, it's been going for about 1½ hours at present.
I did 2 D/L's one the .iso and the upgrade from within the last upgrade. The upgrade went very well. So far all of the original programs installed as part of Win8 work as expected.
I d/l the ISO and used a USB3.0 thumb drive to use as the install device using Win7 USB tool. Dang that is a fast way to install Windows. Up and running before I could move the wash to the dryer, heh.
I tried using Alexa as a stopwatch but she did not tell me how long it took. I think I am going to get Cortana to speak to Alexa, that would be interesting to observe.
Windows 10 update ISO now available... Download Windows 10 Technical Preview ISO - Microsoft Windows
My download and install took 4½ hours, finished about midnight so I just suspended the VM it's in and shut down the machine for the night.
Working on it now but haven't had chance to look through it yet, I do know Cortana doesn't work for me on the computer, mind you I did get it to work on my phone just now.
