Yep, looks normal to me. If you don't want drive letter access to either the recovery partition or the other Windows partition you can remove the drive letters from them.
You won't be able to run every program from the other version of Windows like Firefox - only those that have complete installs in their own directories - usually only those programs that have a "portable" installation option, like Firefox does.
I remove the drive letters for the other system, just to keep things 'clean'.
Win8.1 (in my case) only sees Win8.1 partitions.
Win 10 only sees Win10 partitions
Linux only see Linux partitions.
I do have two partitions that I share across all three, but that's not really germane.
Portable versions might have compatibility issues unless you have two versions (Win7 / Win10)
As NavyLCDR already said: some pgms will work across the OSes, but I find it 'safer' to install what I need on the 2nd (or third) system.
Good point NavyLCDR: That would give the OP a second, fully and permanently activated installation of Windows 10.
I'm not sure how it would be activated though, the other install is already activated. There is a 30 day trial that is not associated with the Insider pgm. I believe that is what Mr. P will have - we'll see and I'll learn more.

Windows 10 activates based upon the hardware profile stored on the Microsoft activation server. The second installation of Windows 10 on a second partition will have exactly the same hardware profile as the first installation so it will permanently activate. Microsoft has already stated that subsequent clean installson the same computer will activate without a product key. The activation server only sees that an installation of Windows 10 from a previously activated computer is attempting to activate on that same computer, and therefore will grant a permanent activation.
