A question about linking an MS account to the Windows Insider program.

I have Windows 10 (retail) on another PC, Windows 10 (OEM) on this PC, and Windows 11 (leaked ISO version) also on this PC. I'd like to join the Windows Insider program and have it affect only the Windows 11 installation. Does linking Windows Insider to a Microsoft account affect ALL windows installations using that account, or only the particular Windows installation from which Windows Insider was chosen?

All are Win10 x64 but the IP Dev shows Win11 x64. The account for the IP Dev goes back to when the Technical Preview became available and the newer is when Microsoft announced they would be changing from Hotmail to Outlook.com [which took much longer than they figured to get merged].
