It caused a few BSODs that I saw personally to be honest while debugging, I think Piriform have a game on their hands keeping up with new build fallouts to be honest.
That's why I won't complain, but just wait. Win10 is relatively new and Microsoft has to fix things for different PC component mixes/builds, and program devs are having a hell of a time keeping up, so it's just natural birthing pains and nobodies fault

Always had Speccy get nuked by a win 10 build change. Guess I just got used to re-installing it! Never had any BSOD's, though. That's nothing compared to the current Chrome x64 minor debacle. The Mem Management change in 10525 causes Chrome x64 to crash and burn. They (Google) acknowledged it and have hustled to fix some code, which is out now on Canary. I put x86 Chrome on and works fine, a tad slower, but fine. I'll wait for the fix to hit stable before I re-install x64. It is, after all, "Hybrid-Beta" and bumps in the night are to be expected. Morning, all!

Justw ondering if anyone else lost Speccy when upgdating to 10525? I had a pop up telling me it was incompatible and sure enough it's nowhere to be found, looks like the update nuked it.
Speccy always got uninstalled during upgrades to new builds. Just reinstall it - it works fine under 10525.

Speccy Version 1.29 (2015-12-04) is available:
    Piriform - Speccy v1.29

I use the portable version as topgundcp described in post #7, i use multi-boot desktop's.
For me v 1.29 and earlier had no problems with the portable version when applying W10 updates.
I run/store all portable apps/programs on a separate drive/folder, so they are not on the "C" drive with W10, or any other OS.
