    th2_release Professional 10525 - Error 0x80240031

Got this " th2_release Professional 10525 - Error 0x80240031" after download 100%. Tried downloading again with same result. Can't find any info on the web about what the problem is. Anyone have a suggestion?
    Thanks

If your machine already downloaded the update but failed to install it, you can get the install.esd from the hidden ~BT or ~WS folder in the root of Windows drive and convert it to an ISO then you can upgrade from there by mounting it.

Thanks for your response, but I don't have the hidden ~BT or ~WS folder. Guess even though the screen displayed download 100%, the file was not actually saved.
