Since Wynona informed us that the site mentioned by Mike was not a real MS site and may not be safe to use, and MS does not provide ISO's and It is against the rules to upload an ESD here how I to get one. I do not have a recovery Partition and there is not an ESD file on my system?
Well since this build will only be around for a week or so, I don't really need an ISO.
Kari's tutorial mentions 2 places where you might find the esd file -
Notice please: the folder C:\RecoveryImage is the default location of Windows 10 TP install.esd file if you installed the upgrade. If you have moved the file in another location or you have downloaded the installation files but not upgraded yet or if the upgrade has failed, you'll might find the install.esd file in a hidden folder C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources.
You'll need to show hidden files and folders to see it.
Just as an FYI.. I made an ISO of the new build this morning with no problem using the ESD I captured yesterday when I installed the new build.

While that particular site might not have any issues the fact that posting sites like that can become confusing for users and they might download an ESD/ISO from a site that someone post that has issues.
Overall it's better not to post any site to download an ISO/ESD other than from MS. And it's a good habit to make an ISO from the ESD that's created when an update is done.
Wow, Gary, I'm so surprised that you didn't know how to create an ISO from the Install.esd file. I hope that by now you can, but if not, here is info that should help you out.
Go to C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources and scroll down the alphabetical listing until you get to Install.esd. Once you find the file, I'm assuming you know how to copy it to a folder of your choice. As to my saying the original site posted wasn't safe, that's not exactly what I said; actually, I first informed the OP it wasn't a Microsoft site and after you told me you thought the OP had every right to post that link, I then said it may be a safe site, but that the next one might not be so safe (paraphrased, of course, can't remember my exact words).
However, once I was so severely reprimanded, I acted a bit childish and bit back. And even though I acted childish, I knew I was right, just didn't know how to prove it, so I started to search for an answer. Here's what I found:

Paying attention to the text I've marked red, it looks to me like any site that publishes, copies, rents, leases, transfers, or lends the Software is violating the agreement.
