Like a fool I followed the hints of this article:

And now my Pc has only a black screen with the arrow and the ssd disk that seems never ends to boot, but it never stops and nothing happens.
I am simply blocked and I can't use Windows 10.
Someone could help me?

Hopefully it will fix the boot issue.
Most black screens on startup i came across caused by a registry key that if changed or deleted after restart.
Boom. Forget windows you have to format.
I wanted to report this because i remember that it could be accessible from low privs accounts.
I need to find it first again and see if that's true.
Btw if you couldn't go to restore or do anything else prolly happened what im talking about.
You did a format or restored from a usb or something(if thats the case)?
