Hi, do you see any messages about Some settings are managed by your organization?

Have you used any so-called 'privacy' tools?

Check the status of this service:

    Thank you for your reply.

Sorry, that's not the point at all. That message has nothing to do with whether you own it or not- whether an IT dept is responsible or not- in practice.

If at any time by any means you have made a registry change equivalent to setting a group policy, you will see that message.

Most people are confused by it but it's been around for several years now.

Await answers to the other questions.

Thank you very much for your reply.

If you see that message, normally something has been changed. In Windows' history, a long time back ther was a build or update when that message appeared with no user action.

Again, for the 3rd time, have you used any privacy tools?

What changes have you made? What have you installed (other than well-known backup or Office programs...) that might have done this?

And again, have you checked the state of that service?

Sorry, I don't want to keep having to repeat myself. Too much typing.

Start - Run - CMD as admin - copy/paste (if you use value 3, Optional data will be sent):
    Code:
    reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection" /v "AllowTelemetry" /t REG_DWORD /d "2" /f
    reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection" /v "AllowTelemetry" /t REG_DWORD /d "2" /f
