Still quite weird, Started looking to see if there were any tweeking programs that could cause it.
But other then classic shell there are none. Glary Utilities is on one machine but not the other.
Since one is home and the other pro no group policies should be involved, checking anyway.
After the group polices I'll have a look through OneDrive.
Right now looking for any explanation.

Well here's something to confuse the issue even more - two examples of it appearing in 1803

(scroll down to screenshots in RicardoMarques3's post on Feb. 9 2019)

'The 1803 also shows "Mixed Reality" and "Delete all System Restore points" which the 1809 does not.

Thomas.... just for kicks and to test something, go in this way instead of thru properties, etc. See if you get exactly the same results. I picked 512. Could be anything from1 to 65535.

    Admin Command prompt:

    %SystemRoot%\System32\Cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:512 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:512

ok... I can't swear by it, cause I have nothing concrete to point to, but that seems to indicate that SR and the others are the default system options. How, where and why are beyond me. Registry somewhere?

The "More" missing is ok, you're going in the side door with the cleanmgr.exe alone. Properties is geared to show the tabs.

Well, I've found a place to look for this disk clean up item. Each standard item has a key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\VolumeCaches

When you run cleanmgr /sageset:nnnnn and select one or more items to be cleaned, this creates a StateFlagsnnnnn value in it's key to show that it has been selected, and will be selected by default whenever you use /sagerun with that particular number.

You can even create your own custom items to add to Disk Clean up, as described here:

@thomaseg1, it would be very interesting to see your registry key for:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\VolumeCaches\Deletes all System Restore points

Here's mine. Nothing in there that looks like SR anything. It's 19041, but I'd like to see Thomas's same from Fast registry.
