Fast track ring Printer won't print and KB4567523 says update not appl

Hello, This issue is about not being able to print because of the issue in June cumulative updates. The system will print using the manufacturer's test page but not through Windows.
    System:
    MB: Asus Prime B350
    CPU Ryzen 5 1600
    16 GB RAM
    GPU Radeon RX570

This computer is on the fast ring and currently on the Version 2004 20161.1000 build. When I try to apply the patch KB4567523, I get the message that the patch is not applicable. I am trying the x64 patch.

How do I get the system to print? Note - the scanning and ink level monitoring work fine on the Brother MFC5895CW printer.

    Thanks for your assistance,
    6Steve

Haven't seen the problem on the Fast Ring [now called Dev] Insider Preview yet but had to do a Sony Vaio RTM with a Brother All-in-One last week and an HP OfficeJet 9010 All-in-One on the RTM version just on Thursday for the problem. Only published machines with the problem I've seen mentioned are Brother, Canon, Panasonic and Ricoh, the HP is relatively new machine connected to an HP computer, both use the USB connection and the suggested patch worked with both.

The Microsoft Update Catalog doesn't mention the Insider Previews:

The KB4567523 worked on the slow ring for a Gigabyte/Intel build. The Dev ring that I am running on a Asus/Ryzen won't take the patch - it says Not applicable. As to insider previews - it does say "... and later". Both are attached to the same Brother MFC-5895 and the patch worked for the slow ring but not the fast ring.
