Task manager doesn't display CPU speed

What is your Windows build number?

What does e.g. Speccy show for your CPU speed?

It does. You are running a freshly released 20H2 Insider build 20150.1000. That's a Dev Channel (Fast Ring) build so bugs are to be expected. This bug has been seen by others too...

Then the OP should migrate to the released public build. I don't have this problem on final 2004.

If windows.old is still present, you should be able to revert back to the previous feature release, 1909, I believe.

After that, you can check everything and go for the public 2004 via WU. Be warned that there are still some issues outstanding.

I wonder if you can migrate to the 2004 public build from the Dev 2004.
