From the Insider 19564.1005 (2004) to the normal May 2020 update?

Does anyone know if there is a way to get from the insider 19564.1005 to normal May 2020 update?

I did opt-out long time ago and I am still at 19564.1005

Go to Settings, Update & Security, bottom of the left column for Windows Insider Program. You should see this which has more for what you need:

I think basically a clean install of the latest RTM. Download the MCT and run it.

    Thank you.

I could do the clean install, but I would like to keep the data and personal files.

With a clean install, there is no option to keep data and personal files. Your best bet is to backup the data/files to something external that you can unplug and detach during the Install. You don't want that left in the machine while you're doing a clean install. Then, after you're finished with the install and it's activated and verified, plug in the external and copy your data/files back. It can be a thumb drive if it's big enough.
