    Screen shot from link

Unable to remove annoying blue windows-image.png

I would just click okay and then on the next screen click close it or click skip. Can't remember the exact next screen. Looks like you set up as Local account which is what I do.

I have a local account. Does that have to do with it? But I don't remember seeing any "skip" or "close" options and clicking on "OK" doesn't fix the problem since after some time I have another one.

This is not a subject that I follow but isn't it related to
    Settings,
    Accounts,
    Sign-in options,
Privacy - Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update or restart
    ?

I don't know but when I go there to see how it's set up the Settings app freezes and only some time after it returns to normal. Anyway, that setting is disabled but I can't click on it.

Sounds like you have some under lying issue(s).

    Is this that insider build?

    does sfc /scannow run clean?

I don't know. It's the latest 19041 build but I've been having this problem since early Windows 10 versions.

No, it doesn't, like I said in another thread. I don't think that has to do with this since other people complained about this and they were not having sfc /scannow problems like I do.

Post both issues in the insider section.

If you have boot media for your current build do an Inplace repair.

I would report both issue on Feedback hub. You likely aren't the only one experiencing issues.

I only have insider builds on a test machine, just a while back sound was awful. These are test builds.

I already posted the sfc /scannow one, I'm having these blue windows even before the 1903 build (they were not Inside builds) so I guess I don't have to post in the Insider section and I don't want to do a in-place repair since I did one recently and it looks like the issue is caused by a faulty HDD so it wouldn't even fix the problem.

I realize we all have our reason but have you ordered a new drive?
