I have been trying to update from 200410-1438.
after download it try`s to install but uninstalls at the end.
In settings it leaves this error code 0xc1900101 try again?
i have been at this for ages but it will not install.
    Tried the following.

    AV MBytes premium Full scan.
    sfc /scannow.
    Defender offline Scan.
    Is it just me?
    Win 10 Pro.

0xc1900101 is part of the error code indicating that a rollback has occurred.
Running setupdiag may provide an error message and a more detailed error code:

I am having the same problem on an HP 250 Laptop. Setupdiag doesn't give much clue.

    Please open a new thread.

    solved but how?

After several attempts and trying everything i Know(including
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth) in addmin command prompt.
    as well as DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess

Note Replace the C:\RepairSource\Windows placeholder with the location of your repair source in my case F:\ usb win 10 installation.
with same results, would not install.
I disconnected all peripheral devices usb hubs and my Huion graphics Tablet.
And Bingo installed straight away and very fast download and install, WHY??
The only thing i can think off is the laptops charger/PSU is under powered and can not handle the Usb hubs as well as the graphics tablet.
Every thing now all working fine including tablet and hubs.
    Baffled!!

    Windows 10 pro
Laptopell latitude E5520 Note i have Read that to use an upgrade cradle for this machine it was mentioned that a psu/charger upgrade is needed. Although i am not using a cradle there are a lot of peripheral devices connected to this machine. This still does not make sense to me as my HUBS and Tablet have there own PSU`s.

I would still like to Know why this solution worked
    Any Idea`s anyone
    Regards Topper.

I have changed my mind and marked this as Unsolved.
I had the same problem again with Build 19628.mn_release.200508-1414
again dissconecting all usb`s and tablet resolved the problem.
