defender offline scan

I have just tried to run a deffender offline scan and it no longer works with this build on my Laptop.
it goes through the usual prompts and just sits there.
Laptop Dell E5520
Win 10 build :19569 release .200214-1419.
i have tried disabling malwarebytes same result.
Will update my Desktop Pc and see if i get the same problem.

Whats going both laptop and Pc offline scan worked before.
I don`t now when this started.
anyone Else know about this?

My laptop has just updated to build : 19577 pre-release 200228-228-1439. offline scanner is now working as normal.
Will check desktop pc after next build.
Still did anyone have this?.
