    You can buy a retail license for Windows 10 to activate it with or you can install Windows 7 or 8.1 with an OEM or Retail license key, make sure it gets activated, then upgrade that to Windows 10, make sure the upgrade gets activated - THEN you can do a clean install of Windows 10 on the same machine - without entering any product keys (skip entering them) and it will activate.

    I went to boot camp for the Army in 1984 and Navy in 1988.

    Other than that, I don't even know what boot camp is, so can't help you there
