Update does not make sense to me?

I recently got an update which baffles me, and I need some clarification?
I am on the Insider Slow lane, the update has done nothing though it took almost 2 hours to complete, I was on 1903 and am still on 1903, the only difference is a permanent message on the bottom right of my desktop that says this:
"Windows 10 Home. Evaluation copy. Build 19013.vb_release. 191025-1609"

I have not been offered the 1909 release and am wondering what this particular update is about?
PS: I thought about running one of my backups to take me back to a time before I installed this update, but would like to understand what update this is and why it is called an "evaluation copy"?

I am running Windows 10 home on a 6 core desktop PC with 32 gig of ram and more free space than I will ever use.
Any help to understand this update would be appreciated.

That is called a watermark and does show you are on the Insider Preview test/BETA [IP] version of Win10. Both of my IP computers have the same except for the Pro version and the Build number is 19025.

The watermark used to be available for the RTM/released version via a Registry edit but has not been effective for some time now.

If not wishing to be on the IP version it can be left but my understanding is a clean reinstall would be necessary. Since I followed the warning back when starting with Win10 I have kept the IP version on separate computers from my main, only or production computers as BETA/test software can come with problems.

Thanks for the explanation, it explains a lot. So I will re-install one of my backups to remove it. Thanks again.
