SetupDiagResult's log file says it's a fatal error 3A210FED-A63A-47ED-8E81-FC3A74065C6A but doesn't know what that failure is!!


SetupDiag | Microsoft Docs lists 60 errors but my one isn't there.

Did a Google on that ID. It's an SHA-1 hash value, best I can figure. The search gave me 2 immediate hits. Your post here, and UUP Dump, one of our favorite "Get ISO sites". There are over a bazillion files there, so it was pretty much impossible to find just that one hash value. But, it seems to indicate one of the parts of your MS download is corrupt. Look in the pic I posted and you'll see it belongs to a .cab file.

Go to Software/Downloads and delete everything there. Reboot.

FWIW: 19023 has been superseded by 19025. You might have a mixed bag of DL parts that's causing issues like mis-match hash values. Delete all the old download data, and try again.
