Thank you. I have provided the winver shot but brink moved my question from another thread. Here we go again...
Nope. It's still at where you originally posted it below. I only removed the image since it showed your email address.

    Cumulative Update KB4515384 Windows 10 v1903 build 18362.356 Sept. 10

I only removed your other posted from above to here to keep it on topic for this build.

I had build 18363.385 and was in The RP and why MS kept trying in WU to downgrade me to 18362.387 is beyond me. I had to go back to an image from 9.23.2019 in order to get it fixed. I tried using The WCT but if you do that from The RP you have to do a clean install.

Not sure what an Enablement Package is...

For the small subset of Windows Insiders (the 10%) in Release Preview who were given the option to install 19H2, an enablement package is downloaded from Windows Update that turns on the 19H2 features. This *changes* the build number for the OS from 19H1 Build 18362 to 19H2 Build 18363.
    KB4517211 Windows 10 Build 18362.387 19H1 and 18363.387 19H2 - Sept.27

I downloaded the 18363 UUP files with all editions and CU's included

It took an age to create the ISO with the update package servicing and editions (15 in all) - by time MS upgraded DISM, I think.

Anyway winver shows 18363.387 but registry still has 18362.387

This is something I feel Insiders should advise MS on (besides my pet peeve regarding the blindingly yellow folders in Dark app mode)

But since I have beeen developing my apps with Windows theme compatibility in mind, trying to emulate the UWP effects etc - I have come to realise MS really are clueless

Look how horribly eye-squinting, migraine-inducing this is...

.. how has this sort of thing gone through numerous iterations of testing?

That's the one Shawn had originally titled .446, then a couple hours later it reappeared, same KB, as .448. Yesterday mid afternoon (ET). He re-titled it.

    KB4522355 Windows 10 Build 18362.448 19H1 and 18363.448 19H2 - Oct. 18

Yeah, I just post as I'm on the official Early branch of the Release preview so this is the latest on the standard WU, so looks like the .418 is not the final 1909 as thought by some bloggers
