How to remove non existent CD drive in Windows 10
I have been using Windows 10 Insider Preview (Slow) Build 18362 (19H1) for the last three days. After it was installed a non existent CD drive appeared in the File Explorer. This non existed drive does not appear in Disk Management, Device Manager and anywhere else except the File Explorer. I tried to delete but I failed. On exploring the Net I found it to be a common problem with many but couldn't locate any reliable method to delete it.
Is there a tried, tested and safe method to get rid of this ghost CD drive? Thanks in advance for any help.
