Windows 10 Insider Preview 18875.1000 (rs_prerelease) - Error 0xca00a0

Have this on 2 PC's
Desktop, My build with Asrock AB350 PRO4 mobo,
Lenovo laptop, Flex 5-1470

Tried all normal fixes, nothing..

I had the same problem early on 4/10/2019, but when I tried again later on 4/11/2019, everything worked fine.
Looks like they were not downloading all the required files...
I updated 2 machines from 17763.437 to 18875.1000 and from 18845.1001 to 18875.1000 with windows update and also with the ISO created from the UUP files, everything worked fine.

Finally got both updated.
Did all suggestions on that site, saving deleting contents of "SoftwareDistribution" for last. Kinda figured that would fix it.
All those other suggestions didn't do anything. After deleting contents, update went through on both.
