Issues using Virtualization with Windows 10 19H1

When I try to start anything that uses virtualization on Windows 10 19H1 Virtualization doesn't get recognized even though SVM is enabled in my BIOS. Virtual box doesn't recognize it, Bluestacks doesn't recognize it, The Sims 4 crashes with error 0xc0000142 which apparently means that it doesn't find virtualization. I'm pretty sure it's an issue with Sandbox, is it?

    Hi,
    Welcome.
Do you Hyper-V enabled? If so disable it.
