    I don't see the point of having this notice.

    Check out the first page of this thread: New Windows 10 Insider Preview Slow Build 18342.8 (19H1) - Feb. 27

    You will probably find you are running games that will trigger a green screen of death (GSOD) and so the upgrade is blocked.

I cannot access my Toshiba Laptop. It keeps going into a bootloop with a BSOD error code 0xc000007b.
My system freezes for a few seconds and then BSOD gets displayed showing 'Thread stuck in device driver'. This happens randomly. I updated the BIOS version but the problem still persists. All the other drivers are updated. I am using AMD E1-6010 APU...
