net view get error 6118 build 18348.1 19h1 on my Laptop

Not sure which of the 19h1 builds this started with as I just noticed it.

When i enter net view from a Command Prompt I get

    System error 6118 has occurred.
The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available.

I've checked all the usual things.

    Password protected sharing is off
    SMB1 client is enabled
File and Printer sharing is enabled
All these services are running (set to automatic)
    Computer Browser (Browser)
    Function Discovery Provider Host (FDPHost)
    Function Discovery Resource Publication (FDResPub)
    Network Connections (NetMan)
    Peer Name Resolution Protocol (PNRPSvc)
    Peer Networking Grouping (P2PSvc)
    Peer Networking Identity Manager (P2PIMSvc)
    UPnP Device Host (UPnPHost)

I can't define any shares on the Laptop. If I go to Properties for C: or D: (I have two drives), the Share button on the Sharing tab is greyed out.

    System Specs:
    HP Pavilion DV7-6C63NR
    Intel i5-2450M Dual Core 2.5Ghz
    Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
    8.0GB Ram
    C: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB
    D: SAMSUNG HM641JI 640GB
    Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller
    Realtek RTL8188CE 802.11bgn WiFi Adapter

Nothing needed on the Laptop so I can wipe it but would like to know what is wrong if possible.

Tried a bunch of things, even uninstalled Sandbox as I thought maybe that was the culprit but no joy, still not working so I did a Reset. After final boot it still didn't work but the error code was different (I forgot to record it). I checked a few things, enabled printer and file sharing, rebooted and now it works perfectly.

    Very weird.
