Brink's post was 2 days ago. My iso was downloaded yesterday. I shouldn't have to do it again.
You can check what build your ISO contains. Look for the ServicePack Build.

Using the iso file downloaded yesterday Jan 19th, I did a Repair Install again.
This time I declined "Check for updates" option.
That appears to have stopped the issue of getting Insider build ( 17763.292 ) at the end of installation.
17763.253 is what I get this time.

Unfortunately the repair install does not fix my problem.
My problem is I am unable to install games from Windows Store. I have 30+ GB disk space available.
    I have tried:
    Run > WSReset.exe
Reinstall and Re-register Windows Store via Powershell (Admin)
Settings > Apps > Microsoft Windows Store > Reset
    System file check.

    Nothing works.
This is a Beelink BT3 Pro mini pc.

    *** Adding :
App downloading/installing will start, but always comes back telling me unable to install and will try again later.
I have not tried downloading apps from the store. Only Games.***

    ***Updating.
RE: issue of not able to download games from Windows Store.
Well, I solved it the hard way. I ran the Reset This PC option keeping absolutely noting.
Took 3 hours + to finish. But now I can download and install games from Windows Store.
I had to reinstall all the programs I needed, but that's the price to pay.

Now that the build 17763.292 has been released for non-insiders, I can't help but wondering if I actually had that 6 days ago when I was doing a Repair Install.
When the Repair Install was checking for updates, Microsoft had mistakenly slipped in the new build.
That 17763.292 that I had was the non-insider build. That's my speculation.
    Anyway, the matter is moot.
