    W-10 Inst/Rep won't allow keeping Apps and Files


    Windows 10 Pro Insider build 18282
    Having a problem with backing up w/FileHistory
    Ran thru all troubleshooting and was suggested I do an Inst/Rep

    Have the "Windows10 Insider preview Client 64 iso on a flash drive.
    I open it up (while in my Windows) and start the inst. process.
    Got to where the 3 options are. only option available is "Nothing"
    Done many Ins/Reps in the past and don't remember this problem.
