Does anyone hav a suggestion regarding Build 17713.rs5_release.18076-1

The apps created using an earlier version of Windows does not work.
The favorites are gone and so do the Download folder.
Every time computer is started, the 'Getting ready' shows up.
All shortcuts from previous boot gone.
    Summary here again.

Any suggestions? Stay with it, or revert to previous build.:confused

Edit on this does not work on Microsoft Edge

Edit does work - you have to click the text mode button in top left of edit bar.

Have you tried later Builds? We have had 17723, 17728 and now on 17730.

I am on slow track and changed to fast track

Nothing happens. Every time I restart the 'Getting ready' message shows up and wipes out the previously saved Downloads, saved favorites etc. that includes the username/password. Pretty hellish update, this one.

Is there a place to download (without using any of the stuff on the present computer) a program that is stable (heaven forbid, the Insider stuff).

    Thanks

I have a sinking feeling the Visual Studio 2017 with the latest update which is having problem that Microsoft has triaged is also because of this.
