Dark Theme doesn't properly work on File Explorer

    Your File Explorer looks great in Dark Mode. Mine never looked like that even with the earlier version of Windows 10. [1803].
    I like to play with Themes. Windows 10 desktop themes. I think my Dark Mode issues may have something to do with my Themes, even though I have deleted all of them except for the default themes and am using the "Light" theme now. In any case I am here for the fix if ever it comes.

I have a fast ring Insider in VMware, and I updated to build 17666 today - now has totally dark file explorer theme pic. Looking forward to this filtering down to 'regular' build.
