Windows build 17666 didnt added dark background on my File Explorer

Hi everyone, yesterday i updated to the last build of windows (17666) insider just because of the new black theme on file explorer... but its stil white, i have turned black mode on the color settings.

Before updating to built 17666 i tried using mach2 to get the black theme without updating but it didnt wrked so then i decided to update...

Can mach2 be the reason of this problem?

    Thanks!

Dark theme in File Explorer in Windows Insider
I have a fast ring Insider in VMware, and I updated to build 17666 today - now has totally dark file explorer theme pic. Looking forward to this filtering down to 'regular' build.
I set my Win 10 settings to dark mode but it only affects part of the interface and Windows explorer is still white. How do I make Windows Explorer dimmer? I know there are external utilities but is there no way built-in? 157510
There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to which directories get added to the file explorer address bar drop down. They are not the ones I have visited most recently, and they are not the ones I visit most frequently.
All the white is hurting my eyes, how can I make File Explorer and other programs like CPU-Z and uTorrent to not be all white, I want black or colored borders and the body to be a color. My eyes hurt from all the white.
