Action Center delay with RP builds 17133.1 and 17134.1

I have 3 systems running Norton Security. I updated all to Build 17133.1 then to 17133.73 and now 17134.1.

I noticed on boot the Windows Defender Security Center icon had a red X. I opened it and it showed it was checking the status of Virus and Firewall Protection. I went to the Security section of Action Center and the Virus and Firewall status was missing. After 2 min the information appeared and WDSC went green. This happens on every boot on all systems with the 3 Builds.

Norton is running fine from boot but the Action Center is not seeing it.
    Anyone else seeing this?

The red in this photo shows what is missing and then appears 2 min after boot.

My Windows Defender Security Center icon is green on reboot, but I did see the Virus and Firewall were checking on protection for a minute or two after reboot in the Security at a glance window. Just updated from 16299.371 via Windows Update to 17134.1

Update: I installed 3rd party AV. (Bitdfender free) to go with Malwarebytes Premium. I now get the red X on my Windows Defender Security Center icon after boot for about 2 minutes. This must be related to a 3rd party AV and 17134.1 from what I can tell. It did not do it when I had Windows Defender as my AV with Malwarebytes. The Virus and Firewall were still checking the whole time until the icon turned green.

    Thanks for the info.

My Norton and Malwarebytes look good so not really concerned.
Probably a timing thing as to when the Action Center updates.
