Mirosoft seems intent on preventing you from using those original games. Each new build seems to break the functionality when you upgrade. Forcing a reinstall. sometimes that doesn't even fix it. I was using the App until the adds showed up, then promptly uninstalled it. Microsoft even went as far as advising MVP's to recomend users avoid the old games pack. As it wasn't an official microsoft release and "may" contain nasties. IMHO, the reality was they just wanted you using the App instead. Thats the impression I got from the discusion.
