    Tried this also.
Again, since resetting Windows, although the other issues are no longer present, Sets will no longer function and is no longer an option found in Settings. Note however, Sets is enabled via the Group Policy. That was default, checked to confirm.
Sent in a bug report via Feedback Hub to this effect.
I hope Sets is restored properly with the next build, and hope MS fixes Reset so it doesn't kill Sets.

Here's what worked for me. First, I ran mach2 and rebooted. That gave me Sets, but no apps option.

Then, mounted the iso and did this See Full Details about a Windows 10 ISO file

Then, this Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image. Hope this helps.

I upgraded from 1803 to 17672 and no sets. After using Group Policy editor, still no sets. After using Registry, still no sets. After using Mach2, still no sets.

I'm now trying to use Dism. If that doesn't work, I'm cleanly reinstalling anything but 1803 (Probably FCU) and going from there back to the skip ahead builds.

I've given up on it, John. They say we all have it in the email I received, but if I have it, it's well buried.

That should be two separate line entries?
