Can't Take Control of Windows Insider Program

I recently created a new account in Windows, and deleted my old one. All fine, except that when I go to Settings>Update and Security>Windows Insider Program, I see the attached.
When I click on 'Take Control', nothing happens. There are no other accounts.
    Any help on this?

Is your new account an administrator account?

Yes, it is. It is the only user account and admin.

It may take some time for the change to register on the Insider program. If you go into the Feedback Hub is it correctly showing your new Microsoft account as being in the Insider Program?

Yes, all ok in the Feedback Hub. Logged in correctly.
I should say, that it is not a 'new' MS account, it is the same MS account I used to activate the Insider Program originally. It's just that I had to delete the original account, and then install a new one with the same MS account details as the original.

There is a thread on the Microsoft Community Forums that might help:

Thanks a lot, that fixed it. Just a change to the registry key mentioned in that thread, a restart, click on 'fix me', and everything is all good!
