windows 10 insider preview 17127.1 all images are blank.

With the exception of background and lock screen all my images have a generic icon. Anyone have this issue.?

Check to see if thumbnail previews may have been turned off or disabled by mistake.

I didn’t, but perhaps the upgrade did. Anyway that is what happened.

I already marked the thread as solved for your Henry. :)

Usually you will see a green "Mark Solved" button at the top and bottom of the thread to do so though.
